From October 19 to 20, a meeting was held at the Goetheanum to mark the 100th anniversary of the Christmas Conference and the founding of the Section for the Literary Arts and Humanities in December 1923. Christiane Haid had invited responsible representatives from North America, the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany to this meeting for the Section's national and expert groups.
The reports and discussions were centered around the core of the Section and its mission, which Rudolf Steiner had already described as a "bridge between art and science" when he founded the Section.
