Section for the Literary Arts and Humanities

One of our essential aims in the Literary Arts and Humanities Section is to foster, inspire and anthroposophically deepen the spiritual sciences generally known as ‘humanities’ in the academic world: literature and language studies, aesthetics, history, philosophy as well as music, art and culture studies. An important part of our work is the study and cultivation of language, because language provides the living link between content (experience, knowledge) and form (presentation, appearance). All those who concern themselves with questions of presentation and communication, who have a deeper interest in language in all its manifestations and/or feel at home in any of the fields mentioned above and who seek to deepen their endeavour through anthroposophy should find a forum in this Section.
